High Road Capital has acquired SMB Machinery Systems via a recap. Financial terms weren't announced. Ball Ground, Ga.-based SMB provides packaging and processing equipment. Ryan Mitchell, Nicole Guarella, Allan Cruickshanks and Houston Stokes of BB&T Capital Markets provided financial advice to SMB.
