Houlihan Lokey buys Leonardo's investment banking business in Germany, Netherlands and Spain

Houlihan Lokey has acquired Leonardo & Co's investment banking business in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain. Also, the company has acquired a minority stake in Leonardo's investment banking operations in Italy. No financial terms were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey and Leonardo served as their own advisors on the transaction.
