Houzz acquires VC-backed IvyMark
Houzz Inc has acquired New York-based IvyMark, a provider of business management software for interior design firms. No financial terms were disclosed. IvyMark's backers included Pitango Venture Capital, NFX and Disruptive VC, according to Crunchbase.
