Hunt Real Estate Capital backs JV's acquisition of Phoenix seniors housing asset
Hunt Real Estate Capital has provided a $7 million bridge loan to a joint venture partnership comprised of CALCAP Real Estate Advisors and Greg Roderick, president and CEO of Frontier Management. The capital will be used to acquire Hawthorne Court, a seniors housing property in Phoenix, Arizona.
