I Squared Capital invests in Venture Global LNG

I Squared Capital has invested $460 million in Venture Global LNG, a long-term, low-cost provider of LNG to be supplied from resource rich North American natural gas basins. This investment is part of a $675 million fundraising. UBS Securities was financial adviser to I Squared Capital while Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel.
