- TiqIQ Calls Up $1.7M For Ticketing Site – Filing
TiqIQ, a New York City and Israeli based startup, has raised $1.7 million in equity financing, according to a recent regulatory filing http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1541129/000154112912000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml The company is backed by Contour Venture Partners, and Contour co-founder Matt Gorin sits on the TiqIQ board. ShopKeep, the iPad platform developer for retailers, has landed a Series A financing led by Tribeca Venture Partners and TTV Capital. Contour Venture Partners also participated in the funding.
- Zipmark Backed By VCs in Seed Round
Village Ventures and Contour Venture Partners lead a $2 million seed round in Zipmark, it was announced early Tuesday. NYC Seed, High Peaks Venture Capital and the New York City Investment fund also joined in on the transaction. Zipmark is a New York-based mobile and online payments company.
