eBay acquires UK startup ShutleBay has acquired Shutl, it was announced Wednesday in a blog post on Shutl's site. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in the UK, Shutl is a provider of same-day delivery solutions for retailers. It is backed by Hummingbird Ventures, UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund, e.ventures and Notion Capital.
