Irving Place Capital To Buy St. Louis-based Maker of Plastic Bottles and Jars

Irving Place Capital of New York agreed to acquire Alpha Packaging, a St. Louis, Mo.-based maker of plastic bottles and jars for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and personal care markets. The transaction is expected to close in September.
