iWatt drops IPO plans after being bought by Dialog Semiconductor

According to Fortune, iWatt has cancelled its IPO on the heels of its acquisition by Germany-based Dialog Semiconductor for approximately $350 million. iWatt is a provider of power management integrated circuits.Its backers include VantagePoint Venture Partners, Sigma Partners, Horizon Ventures and 7 Capital.
