Jason Industries divests Janesville to Motus Integrated Technologies

Motus Integrated Technologies, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings, has acquired Southfield, Michigan-based Janesville, a maker of lightweight molded fiber products and assembly solutions providing content for over half of light vehicle platforms. The seller was Jason Industries. The purchase price was about $85 million. Lincoln International advised Jason Industries on the sale.
