Jordan Co cleared to buy Capstone Logistics
The Jordan Company LP has been cleared by U.S. antitrust regulators to buy Capstone Logistics, a Georgia-based manager of 240 distribution centers in the U.S. formed in 2011 by the merger of two private companies.
