KCM buys IVS

KCM Capital has acquired Mobile, Alabama-based Industrial Valve Sales & Services LLC, a provider of specialty valve services and products. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was done in partnership with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital and IVS management. Hancock Capital Management provided senior debt financing to back the deal while Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP served as legal counsel to KCM.
