Keensight buys majority of 3P Biopharmaceuticals

Keensight Capital has acquired Infarco’s majority stake in 3P Biopharmaceuticals. Financial terms weren’t announced. 3P, of Spain, is a contract development and manufacturing organization that specializes in process development and GMP manufacturing of biologics.
