Kinderhook buys Copperweld Bimetallics

Kinderhook Industries LLC said Oct. 3 that it acquired Copperweld Bimetallics LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Copperweld, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, supplies bimetallic wiring products and the only domestic producer of copper clad steel and copper clad aluminum wire.
