KKR buys majority of Hyperoptic

KKR said Oct. 14 that acquired a majority stake in Hyperoptic Ltd. Newlight Partners LP and Mubadala Investment Co were the sellers. Financial terms weren’t announced. Hyperoptic is a UK residential gigabit broadband provider.
