KKR discloses credit concerns, confirms DOJ investigation(2)

Changing debt markets are causing deal costs to increase and threatening returns, KKR said in a regulatory filing today. The firm also acknowledged its cooperation with an investigation into club deals by the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
