Korea Post seeks buyout managers

The South Korean postal service provider continues to pursue buyout opportunities overseas.

Korea Post has issued an RPF to seek fund managers for its global buyout strategy.

The investor aims to commit a total of $200 million to three managers to invest into mid- and upper-midmarket buyout funds.

Eligible managers must be currently managing co-investment funds and separately managed accounts. The size of the selected mid-market funds should be no more than $4 billion while the minimum size of upper-mid market funds is $4 billion.

The application deadline is June 12, 2018.
