Lariat sells IDF to US Ecology

Lariat Partners has sold Winnie, Texas-based Ecoserve Industrial Disposal LLC, a non-hazardous industrial wastewater disposal solutions provider in the Gulf Coast region, to US Ecology Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company was financial adviser to Lariat and Ecoserv on the deal with Perkins Coie serving as legal adviser.
