LASERS approves $75m commitment

Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System has agreed to commit $75 million to GTCRS Fund XIII, a contact at the pension told Private Equity International.

The $10.66 billion US public pension is a repeat investor in this fund series, having committed $75 million to Fund XII in 2017.

The pension’s recent commitments are to funds focused on the financial services, technology, consumer goods and healthcare sectors in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe.
