LDC exits B2B events company FCBI

Thomson Reuters has acquired London-based FC Business Intelligence, a B2B events company. No financial terms were disclosed. FCBI was backed by LDC, a private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. Based in Toronto, Thomson Reuters is a provider of business information services.
