Leonard Green-backed Authentic Brands to buy rest of Marilyn Monroe

Authentic Brands Group is buying the rest of Marilyn Monroe’s estate that it didn’t own, said Chairman and CEO James Salter. ABG is also issuing a dividend to its owns, including Leonard Green & Partners.
