LLR, Parthenon invest in DaySmart Software

LLR Partners and Parthenon Capital have invested in DaySmart Software as part of a recap. Financial terms weren’t announced. SFW Capital Partners, which invested in DaySmart in 2016, is exiting. DaySmart provides business management software to the salon, pet care, spa and tattoo industries. Raymond James provided financial advice to DaySmart.
