Lysanda acquires TRACKER

Lysanda has acquired TRACKER Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Direct Line Group. The acquisition has been funded by the existing Lysanda investors, including the Sustainable Technology Fund, Rockhopper Investments and Disruptive Capital Finance.
