MG Properties Group buys California luxury community for $134 mln
San Diego-based MG Properties Group, a real estate investor and operator, has acquired Alexan Melrose, a luxury apartment community in Vista, California. The sellers included Trammell Crow Residential. The price of the transaction was $134 million.
