Mogull raises €335m
The recent closure of the Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners II, (BEREP), marks a return to the European investment scene for Marc Mogull, founder and former head of Doughty Hanson & Co European Real Estate. BEREP closed with investor commitments of over €335m well above the firm’s €300m target.
