Monroe backs JFLCO's acquisition of IPR
Monroe Capital has provided a senior credit facility to support J.F. Lehman & Company's acquisition of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC, a provider of trenchless pipe rehabilitation solutions and technology for the municipal wastewater and storm water markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Monroe was the sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the financing.
