Nautic buys LindFast Solutions Group

Nautic Partners LLC said April 8 that it closed its buy of LindFast Solutions Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. LindFast, of Blaine, Minnesota, distributes specialty fasteners for the North American market through its metric (Lindstrom) and imperial (Stelfast) product brands.
