New Mountain backs merger of IMA Consulting and Revint

New Mountain Capital has made a majority investment to support the merger of IMA Consulting, a healthcare solutions and consulting firm and Revint Solutions, a provider of revenue integrity and recovery services for healthcare providers. No financial terms were disclosed. Cain Brothers served financial adviser to IMA on the transaction.
