NMS Capital said Oct. 17 that it invested in JAFLO Inc via a recap. Financial terms weren’t announced. JAFLO, of Allentown, Philadelphia provides vegetation management services for the utility and transportation end-markets in the Eastern and Midwestern regions of the United States.
