J. David Enriquez and Gabriel Morrow have been named Interim Co-Heads of Private Equity in the Bureau of Assert Management (BAM). BAM is the division of NYC comptroller, Scott Stringer’s, office that oversee the five pension funds that comprise the New York City Retirement Systems (NYCRS) $12 billion allocation to private equity.
Both Enriquez and Morrow are currently Senior Investment Officers for private equity in BAM.
The $195 billion US public pension has a 7 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 6 percent.
