Odyssey Investment Partners completes Integro acquisition

Odyssey Investment Partners has closed its buy of New York City-based Integro, an insurance broker and risk management company. No financial terms were disclosed. Sandler O'Neill + Partners LP was financial advisor to Odyssey on the transaction while Evercore provided financial advice to Integro. Also, Integro has promoted William Goldstein to CEO. Previously, he was president of Integro.
