One Equity to buy Anvil International
One Equity Partners said Jan. 9 that it acquired Anvil International from Mueller Water Products. Financial terms weren’t announced. Anvil, of Exeter, New Hampshire, makes pipe couplings, steel fittings, hangers, channel connections, strut fittings and customized components used in plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, industrial, fire protection, commercial, mining, and oil field infrastructure, and offers related onsite consulting services.
