Ovation Fertility buys Institute for Reproductive Health

Ovation Fertility, a portfolio company of WindRose Health Investors LLC, is partnering with Institute for Reproductive Health. Financial terms weren’t announced. Ovation Fertility acquired the lab related assets from Institute for Reproductive Health, a source said. The Institute for Reproductive Health, of Cincinnati, has provided andrology and embryology laboratory services in the Midwest since 2001.
