Partners Group nears deal to buy data analytics firm IRI: Reuters

Investment firm Partners Group Holding AG (PGHN.S) is nearing a deal to acquire data analytics company Information Resources Inc (IRI) from New Mountain Capital for over $2 billion, including debt, Reuters reported.
