Patch of Land snaps up $23.6 mln Series A
Patch of Land, a Los Angeles-based crowdfunding platform for real estate financing, has secured $23.6 million in Series A funding. SF Capital Group led the round with participation from Ron Suber, president of Prosper Marketplace. In addition to the funding, Neil Wolfson, president of SF Capital Group, has been added to Patch of Land's board of directors.
