PE-backed American Construction Source buys Arrow Building Center

American Construction Source, which is backed by Angeles Equity Partners LLC and Clearlake Capital Group LP, has acquired Stillwater, Minnesota-based Arrow Building Center, an independent building products distributor. No financial terms were disclosed.
