Donan Solutions LLC has sold HVAC Forensics to Consolidated Claims Group LLC, a portfolio company of Carousel Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC was the financial adviser to Donan. HVAC Forensics providers HVAC objective assessment services for residential and commercial insurance carriers.
