PE-backed CRA buys InfoSec World Conference and Expo

CyberRisk Alliance, a business intelligence company focused on the cybersecurity and information risk management marketplace, has acquired InfoSec World Conference and Expo, a top trade show for the information security industry. The seller was MIS Training Institute. No financial terms were disclosed. Corporate Solutions advised MIS Training Institute on the deal. CyberRisk Alliance is backed by Growth Catalyst Partners.
