PE-backed Hallcon names Stoiber president and CEO

Hallcon Corporation, a provider of transportation and mobility services, has appointed John R. Stoiber as president and CEO. His appointment became effective December 1, 2018. Since 2015, Stoiber has been Hallcon's chief operating officer. With offices in Lenexa, Kansas, Toronto and South San Francisco, Hallcon's backers include Novacap Export Development Canada, BMO Capital Partners, Manulife and Investar.
