PE-backed HOP acquires Kosco Heritage Energy

HOP Energy LLC, which is backed by Delos Capital and Shorevest Capital, has acquired Kingston, New York-based Kosco Heritage Energy LLC, a distributor of heating oil. No financial terms were disclosed.
