PE-backed Huntington Solutions to buy RADVA assets

Huntington Solutions has agreed to acquire the assets of Virginia-based RADVA Corporation, a maker of packaging solutions for the medical, pharmaceutical and food industries, among others. No financial terms were disclosed. Huntington Solutions is a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital.
