PE-backed LineStar buys ROC and CGI

LineStar, a portfolio company of First Reserve, has acquired Remote Operations Center LLC and The Compliance Group Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. ROC is a provider of control room operations for pipeline and facility operators while CGI is a oil and gas regulatory and environmental compliance consulting company based in the Houston, Texas area.
