PE-backed Maroon Group buys Amysn

Maroon Group LLC, which is backed by CI Capital, has acquired Amsyn LLC, a national distributor of specialty chemicals to the coatings, lubricants, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries. No financial terms were disclosed.
