PE-backed O2B Kids buys The Village Academy

O2B Kids, which is backed by Spire Capital, has acquired St. Augustine, Florida-based The Village Academy, an early education services business. No financial terms were disclosed. Dentons US LLP served as legal counsel to O2B Kids while Hinge Brokers was financial adviser to The Village Academy.
