PE-backed Polytek acquires BCC Products

Polytek Development Corp, which is backed by Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Franklin, Indiana-based BCC Products Inc, a provider of specialty tooling, mold making and casting polymers. No financial terms were disclosed.
