PE-backed Pueblo acquires Innovative Mechanical Systems

Pueblo Mechanical & Controls, a portfolio company of Huron Capital, has acquired Innovative Mechanical Systems, a provider of HVAC installation, replacement and preventative maintenance services for commercial clients in the Phoenix area. No financial terms were disclosed.
