PE-backed REVA completes American Care acquisition

REVA Air Ambulance, which is backed by The Beekman Group, has closed its buy of American Care Air Ambulance. No financial terms were disclosed. With operations in San Diego, Calif. and Spokane, Wash., American Care is a fixed wing air ambulance provider.
