PE-backed SCA Performance buys Rocky Mountain Truckworks

SCA Performance Inc, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries LLC, said March 25 that it acquired Rocky Mountain Truckworks. Financial terms weren't announced. Rocky Mountain, of Fort Collins, Colorado, is an OEM authorized specialty vehicle maker for light-duty trucks.
