PE-backed WDS acquires Hagerty

White Distribution & Supply LLC, a portfolio company of Slate Capital Group, has acquired Peoria, Illinois-based Hagerty Industrial Supply, a provider of maintenance, repair, operating and production supplies to OEMs and construction/trade contractors. No financial terms were disclosed. XLCS was M&A adviser to Hagerty on the transaction.
