PE-owned Nielsen Bainbridge Group buys The Home Décor Companies

Nielsen Bainbridge Group, which is owned by Kohlberg & Company, has acquired The Home Décor Companies. No financial temrs were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey represented THDC on the transaction. THDC is a provider of home décor products to retailers in North America.
